The registration fee for the IMC2012 is 155 Euro early fee (before 30 June) or 170 Euro late fee (after 30 June). The registration fee includes 3 nights accommodation (Thu 20 Sep to Sun 23 Sep), full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner), IMC lectures, coffee breaks, excursion to the Roque de los Muchachos observatory, t-shirt and IMC proceedings.
The Las Olas apart-hotel is endowed with apartments composed by a large dormitory (for 2 persons), a living room with extensible sofa (for the 3-rd person) and TV, bathroom, an equipped kitchenette and a balcony or patio - terraza. The above fees are based on triple appartment occupancy. The supplement for double appartment occupancy is only 15 Euro (thus 170 Euro early and 185 Euro late fee), while for single person occupancy is 65 Euro (thus 220 Euro early and 235 Euro late fee).
You also have the option of the cheaper 100 Euro "no accommodation" fee which includes all conference benefits except accommodation and breakfast. In this case, you are responsible for arranging your own accommodation in La Palma, and we could recommend some alternative hotels if you need.
Unless the “no accommodation” option is chosen, accompanying persons older than 12 years sharing a room with a participant must also register as a participant.
