The 2015 IMC has been fully booked and the registration has been closed sooner than expected (29 June 2015). In case of any cancellations some places may become available again. If you are too late to register, you may inform the LOC about your interest to participate. A waiting list will be kept and people will be contacted whenever any registered participant cancels her/his registration.
After May 31, 2015, a late booking fee of 30 Euro is added to the 2015 IMC registration fee. Registration deadline for the 2015 IMC: July 15, 2015. Upon request via the registration form, the cost of non-standard accommodation and extra nights will be provided by the LOC.
Registration fee
The standard registration fee for the IMC 2015 is 150 Euro early fee (until May 31, and 180 Euro late fee between June 1 and July 15) for basic accommodation in triple rooms. The registration fee includes accommodation for 3 nights (Thursday August 27 to Sunday August 30) at the Agricultural School in full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), IMC lectures and poster sessions, coffee breaks, excursion to the meteorite collection of the Natural History Museum of Vienna and the Saturday evening programme, T-shirt, and IMC proceedings. Unless the “no accommodation” option is chosen (see below), accompanying persons older than 12 years sharing a room with a participant must also register as a participant.
You also have the option to choose for the no-accommodation" registration fee which is 100 Euro early fee (until May 31, and 130 Euro late fee between June 1 and July 15). This option includes all conference benefits except accommodation and breakfast.
You must choose this option if (1) you want to arrange your own accommodation or (2) you want non-standard (private) accommodation (for example, a single or a double room) proposed by the LOC. On the registration form, these two cases are identified as "no accommodation" and "accommodation outside of the IMC host", respectively. Please tick the appropriate one. In the latter case, please provide the necessary details, and the LOC will then contact you and give you a quote.
The MAMUZ Museum Mistelbach comprises two sites suitable for lectures and the poster session. The “Kapelle – Chapel” has all facilities essential for a modern day lecture room (beamer, projection screen, curtains for darkening, cooling etc.), with a capacity of 120 people. The nearby “M-Zone” will serve as restaurant and host the poster session during the conference.
Extra nights
People who need extra nights should indicate this on their registration form (through the arrival and departure date). The LOC will then contact you and give you a quote.
