Thanks to some free rooms at Continental Forum Hotel, the deadline was extend till September 7th!
The registrations are still possible after this date, but we can no longer guarantee the availability of accommodation. So, if you register after the deadline, please contact us to find out if free rooms are still available.
We have pre-booked accommodation for 100 participants in the Continental Forum Hotel: 36 twin rooms (72 places), 4 rooms with matrimonial beds (8 places) and 20 single rooms. This hotel will also be used for registration and meals. The standard rooms are equipped with air conditioning, mini-bar, LCD TV, cable internet, room and bathroom telephone, safe-deposit box, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, personal hygiene kits, bath robe and slippers.
We also offer a cheaper registration fee for accommodation in another hotel, Lara Hotel, situated 700 m (a 10-minute walk) from the conference location, where we pre-booked for 20 persons in rooms with two separate beds. This hotel offer good accommodation conditions in a new building with standard room facilities: bathroom, desk, hair dryer, LCD TV, cable internet, minibar / fridge. For the remainder, this option gives you the same benefits as the standard fee.

You also have the option of the cheaper "no accommodation" registration fee, which includes all conference benefits except accommodation and breakfast. You are then responsible for arranging your own accommodation in e.g. a hotel. In the brochure about Sibiu with useful information, available in seven languages (see Sibiu City web page) is a list with info contact for 112 hotels, inns, hostels, apartments and guest houses. However, if you need help to find accommodation closest to the lecture venue, we can help you with more information. This option covers all the benefits of the previous options (in particular, also the lunches and dinners), except for accommodation and breakfasts.
Regardless of the option chosen, lunches and dinners are at the same place for all participants.

The registration fee includes lectures, coffee breaks, excursion, t-shirt and conference materials, proceedings, all meals from the Thursday evening reception to Sunday noon lunch, and accommodation for 3 nights (except for option C, where accommodation is not included in the price). In the registration form you will be given the choice between these options. The sooner you register (or the sooner you contact us), the more likely that we can help you stay where you want!
