Registration fee

The registration fee includes meals, lectures, coffee breaks, excursion, t-shirt and proceedings.
For the accommodation, you have the following options (click here for more info):

A: Double/twin room in the main hotel (170 EUR)
A+: Single room in the main hotel (200 EUR)
B: Double/twin room in budget hotel - 10 minutes walking (145 EUR) (SOLD OUT)
C: No accommodation included - arrange your own accomodation (110 EUR)

Payment

Either the entire fee for your accomodation option or a pre-payment of 80 EUR should be sent to the IMO Treasurer, Marc Gyssens. Please make sure your payment reaches us within two weeks of submitting this form. See the payment instructions for full details.
