Most of the IMC2014 participants will be hosted in the " Chalet de la Fauconière", additional rooms are available at "Centre Montagnard" located at 1 km from the Chalet.

The Chalet de la Fauconière belongs to FOL de l'Ain (Fédération des Oeuvres laiques) which is a federation of non-profit associations of the "Ain département". There are 150 beds in the chalet with rooms of 3, 5 or 7 beds. We decided to limit the number of persons to 100 in the Chalet to limit the number of persons per room, in particular to offer double accommodations. The lectures and the poster session will be held here as well as the bar....

The "Centre d'accueil Montagnard" located at 1km from "Chalet de la Fauconière" will be the second location for accommodations. There are 31 rooms with 2 to 6 beds, a small number of rooms will be reserved for single occupation at a slightly higher fee. The fee will be the same as for Chalet de la fauconière depending on the accommodation (single, double or in the shared dormitory). Breakfast will take place at Centre Montagnard, lunch and dinner at the Chalet for everybody.

People who need extra nights at the Chalet or at the Centre Montagnard before or after the IMC can reserve these together with their IMC registration until June 30th, after this deadline reservations have to be made directly with the Chalet or with Centre Montagnard. Extra nights can be booked (room and breakfast) while lunch and dinner can be taken on site at your own choice and expense.

The conference will take place in one location: the Chalet de la Fauconière, lecture room and restaurant are in the same building. The "Centre Montagnard" is only 15 minutes by walk (1 km) from the Chalet.
