Together with the IMC registration form the full IMC registration fee (150 Euro standard double occupancy or 100 Euro no accommodation fee) plus additional room supplement of 50 Euro (single occupancy) should be transferred to the IMO Treasurer Marc Gyssens. These fees are valid for early regisrtation until 31st of May, and you should add 15 Euro for late registration after 31 May 2013.
The registration cost includes the entrance to the conference, accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the main IMC event (22-25 Aug).

For credit or debit card payments we use the services of Paypal.com. When you click the PayPal logo below, you will be redirected to their secure website to complete the payment. Your payment will be made to the IMO treasurer (payment@imo.net). Make sure you have also submitted the registration form.
Note: PayPal charges us a fee for each transaction. Because we try to keep the conference fee as low as possible, we are obliged to charge this cost to those participants paying with Paypal. For this reason, the fees are a bit higher:
The exact amount of the PayPal fee will be shown in your registration confirmation. Expect it to be between 3.5% and 4% of the entire fee to be paid.
If you can't use either the international bank transfer or the Paypal service, please contact the IMO treasurer for instructions.
The cancellation policy for the main IMC2013 event (22-25 Aug):
- before 1 June 2013: full reimbursement, reduced with a cancellation fee of 15 EUR;
- between 1 June 2013 and 31 July 2013: partial reimbursement of 75 EUR;
- 31 July 2013 or later: no reimbursement.
