Disclaimer: the information given here is to the best of our knowledge. Always check with your embassy or ministry of foreign affairs for official visa and passport information.
Slovakia is part of the EU and has joined the Schengen agreement. Citizens
from other Schengen countries can freely enter Slovakia without border
control.
You can enter Slovakia on a European Union Schengen Visa. Australian,
Canadian, New Zealand, Mexican, Venezuelan and US citizens are all permitted
to stay for up to 90 days without a visa. If you need a visa, always apply
at an embassy beforehand. There are zero chances you get a visa at a Slovak
border, no matter how you enter and what your nationality is.
For known members from the countries for which visas are necessary we will
gladly send official invitations provided that they inform us about this in
time. If you need visa the deadline for the registration is June 1st. In
that way we will have enough time to send you an official invitation.
