You don’t need to create an IMO account for all the observers when you submit visual reports for other observers.
On the step 6 of the form, select “Yes”:
At this point you have 2 options:
- If the ‘real observer’ has an IMO account, start typing his/her name in the left hand side text input and select it from the list.
- If the ‘real observer’ doesn’t have an IMO account, entre his/her full name in the right hand side text input.
